Our Roots
Our name is inspired by the Narra tree - a Southeast Asian symbol of strength, endurance, and deep roots. We believe lasting success is built on trusted relationships, local knowledge, and resilience. Navigating ASEAN requires more than regional awareness or high-level strategy. It requires experienced partners who understand the people, institutions, and policy environments that shape the region’s future.
Our Mission & The "4Fs"
We believe that food and energy security across Southeast Asia are fundamentally interconnected. Building resilient food systems while accelerating the region’s energy transition should be complementary goals - not competing priorities. Through the lens of the “4Fs” - Food, Feed, Fiber, and Fuel - we help governments, industry, and stakeholders navigate policies and partnerships that advance sustainable agriculture, renewable energy, resilient rural livelihoods, and inclusive economic growth.

Promoting sustainable natural fibers and bio-based materials that strengthen regional value chains, and unlock new opportunities in the circular bioeconomy.

Navigating the promising but complex biofuel boom (including SAF and blended fuel mandates) in a way that is truly sustainable and reduces the risk of deforestation.
